SeaFlo Return Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If at any time your SEAFLO purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a replacement or refund except as noted below. We vow to work with you to make you happy with your purchases. We pride ourselves by maintaining a customer friendly return policy.

We will first need to verify your purchase by receipt or other method. Please provide your receipt, items to be returned and a brief explanation. Refunds and credits are issued only after inspection of the items once we receive them. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale.

We do carry a few items that cannot be returned: items with expiration dates that have expired and clearance items.

Defective Items

All our items carry the manufacturer’s warranties when sold and used within the United States. If you receive a defective item from SEAFLO.US, or one of our SEAFLO.US Authorized Dealers, contact our Customer Service Department. We will inspect the item and repair or replace it if found to be defective.

Damaged in Shipment

If your items were damaged in shipment contact our Customer Service Department so we can make arrangements. If the box being delivered is smashed flat, and the items inside are obviously damaged, just refuse the shipment and contact Customer Service. All items returned must be in their original packaging.

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

Our hope is that you are totally satisfied with your purchases. For any reason you may return items for exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase (minus shipping and handling charges) by contacting our Customer Service Department. All returned items must be in clean, new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty cards etc. Any pump or part that has been installed, had liquid run through it or had electric power applied to it is considered used and not eligible for credit. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee.
